Refund policy

Christmas Returns

Orders purchased as gifts will be accepted for return up to 30th January 2026.  To be eligible for a return the items cannot have been used and must be returned in the original packaging.  We can arrange for return shipping but this will be deducted from the total refund value.  Once your item has been returned we will confirm that the item is in an un-used condition and that all items are present before settling the transaction.  

Only the original purchaser will be eligible for a refund, if you are returning a gift that you did not purchase you will be eligible for store credit which can be used to purchase an alternative.  If you are not sure what you would like the store credit will be valid for 24 months from the date of return.  

To return an item if you are not the purchaser contact us with the Order Number so that we can confirm your purchase.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items that have been tested underwater cannot be returned

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Costs & Restocking Fee

  • Returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items:
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping
    • A 5% restocking fee applies
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Returns for faulty or incorrect items:
    • We cover return postage
    • No restocking fee applies


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important: Manufacturer warranties apply only to the item itself.
Camera and phone housings must be tested at depth without a device installed before full use.
Damage to phones or cameras caused by water ingress is not covered by the manufacturer or Lightbalance Ltd.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, simply place a new order.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

To qualify, the item must meet the same return conditions:

  • Unused, with tags, in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund
